The Role



Reporting to the IT Manager, the Project Coordinator / Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing internal projects, supporting teams, and ensuring company-wide alignment. You'll be responsible for maintaining project systems, tracking progress, and enabling staff to work efficiently across departments such as Sales, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Purchasing, and Retail.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background, excellent organisational skills, and solid experience coordinating projects in a multi-team environment. You'll play a hands-on role in aligning people, processes, and systems; you'll use Monday.com as the central platform to plan, monitor, and improve the way teams work together.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee and coordinate internal projects and initiatives across all departments Advanced (Enterprise) user of Monday.com, including dashboards, automations, and integrations Develop and maintain detailed project boards and task trackers in Monday.com Monitor progress and timelines; identify and escalate delays or issues Act as the first point of contact for project queries and system support Collaborate closely with the IT Manager to improve digital workflows and system usage Provide training and guidance to team members using Monday.com Work with department heads to define project scopes, timelines, and priorities Monitor team workload and task progress; flag delays Produce regular project reports, task summaries, and performance updates for leadership Help document internal processes and ensure SOPs are kept up to date Assist with resource planning and task prioritisation across teams Support the rollout of IT tools and tech-driven improvements in daily operations

What We're Looking For



Essentials



5+ years' experience in project coordination, administrative support, or operational roles Strong working knowledge of Monday.com or similar project/task management systems Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail Proactive and solution-oriented mindset; thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise across departments Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities

Desirable



Familiarity with digital project methodologies (Agile, Kanban, etc.) Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, CAPM, PMP) Experience in food distribution, wholesale, or related fields

Pay: 33,000.00-38,000.00 per year
