Job Description

The Project Manager will lead and manage cross-functional projects across the organisation, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with strategic objectives. The role focuses on driving operational efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement in project execution and governance. Key deliverable for the fixed term is delivering digital transformation initiatives including an e-commerce project, and external customer ordering portal.

Responsibilities:



Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of concurrent projects across the business Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and influence wider organisation to ensure successful outcomes Monitor project budgets, risks, and performance metrics, ensuring corrective actions are taken when needed Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication between internal teams and external partners Manage stakeholder expectations through regular reporting, steering meetings, and transparent communication Document process changes, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems

Key deliverables within the fixed term:



Delivery of a new e-commerce solution, ensuring readiness of back-office integration Oversight of an external third-party customer-facing portal, managing external providers to ensure full integration with existing systems

Job Profile:



Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2) Proficient in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Asana) Knowledge of budgeting, risk management, and performance tracking frameworks Familiarity with retail or e-commerce environments preferred Experience with systems integration and third-party contractor oversight

Required Work Experience:



Minimum 5-7 years in a project management role, preferably in a cross-functional or operational setting Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders Proven track record of delivering process improvement and change initiatives Experience delivering digital solutions in a retail or e-commerce context is highly desirable

Required Qualifications

:

Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field Project Management certification preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 40,000.00-60,000.00 per year
