The Role
As a
Project Manager
, you'll take the lead on individual client projects -- liaising with consultants and authorities, managing timelines, preparing drawings & specifications, and ensuring your client has the best experience throughout the whole process. You'll work closely with our technical and architectural teams to ensure a smooth process from early design through planning, warrant, and on-site delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
Project management
-- overseeing timelines, deliverables, and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. You will have full autonomy, with support where required. You manage your time and diary.
Client liaison
-- guiding and supporting clients through each project phase with clarity and care. Client experience is at the heart of what we do.
Site Visits
- You will get the opportunity to visit some of your client's sites.
Drawing preparation
-- preparing drawings at concept, detailed design, and construction stages in Revit.
Consultant coordination
-- working closely with structural engineers, energy assessors, and suppliers.
Planning and Building Warrant
-- submitting and managing applications with local authorities, resolving queries, and ensuring compliance.
Site readiness
-- supporting the handover of information for construction and liaising with the delivery team.
What We're Looking For
2+ years' experience in an architectural firm. Residential experience preferred.
Skilled in CAD software - able to produce and manage drawing packages at various levels of detail. Revit proficiency preferrable.
Excellent communicator with strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Confident managing client and consultant relationships.
Experience working with planning departments and building control.
Comfortable working independently and within a collaborative team.
Full UK driving licence.
