Stasher is the world's leading luggage storage platform. We connect travellers with a global network of trusted shops, hotels, and lockers where they can securely store their bags - so they can wander hands-free.



As we expand into new markets and launch operational initiatives to support our next stage of growth, we're looking for a smart, organised, and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from start to finish.



Your Mission

You'll play a central role in delivering key initiatives across the business - from process improvements and rollouts to partner coordination and internal tooling. Your job is to bring clarity, momentum, and structure to every stage of a project's lifecycle.



You'll report to the Founders and Commercial Director and work closely with senior leaders and teams across Operations, Sales, Product, and Marketing.



What You'll Do

Define project goals, scopes, timelines, and key deliverables Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment Run stand-ups, updates, and retrospectives to keep progress on track Flag and resolve blockers before they become issues Maintain clear documentation and status reporting Work with leadership to prioritise projects and allocate resources

What You'll Bring



Must-haves

2-4 years of experience in project management or operations Highly organised and process-driven Strong communication skills -- verbal, written, and visual Confident managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines Experience with tools like Notion, Airtable, Trello, or Asana

Nice-to-haves

Experience in a startup or fast-paced growth environment Exposure to logistics, hospitality, or travel tech Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier or n8n Languages: French, Spanish, or another major global language
