We're looking for a

Project Manager

to join our

Kier Workplace Solutions

team based in

Basingstoke

.

Location:

Basingstoke - with travel to sites and offices as required

Hours:

40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

Responsibilities

As a

Project Manager

, you'll be working within the

Kier Workplace Solutions

team, supporting them in the successful delivery of projects across the portfolio.



Your day to day will include:


Maintaining and growing client and key stakeholder relationships Ensuring safety is always managed as the number one priority Monitoring subcontractors, temporary works, site audits, quality checks, and compliance Supporting project delivery, planning, reporting, forecasting, and safety Engaging with wider Kier teams including H&S, Environmental, Commercial, Finance, Compliance & FM

What are we looking for?

This role of

Project Manager

is great for you if:


You hold SMSTS/CSCS/IOSH Managing Safely certification You have a strong understanding of CDM and a commitment to safety culture You bring excellent communication skills and are proficient in MS Office You hold a full driving licence as travel within the UK is involved

Pre-employment checks:

This role requires standard pre-employment checks (right to work in the UK, referencing, driving licence verification, and a health assessment), as well as a BPSS check and security clearance. Applicants with criminal convictions will be treated on a case-by-case basis.
