Boston Energy, a trusted delivery partner in the renewable energy industry, is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team in Billingham. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping technician delivery, supporting our global offshore wind clients, and making a positive impact across major energy projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and develop a team, managing a diverse portfolio of customer accounts and offshore projects. Deliver exceptional service to clients through continuous improvement and regular service reviews. Work closely with recruitment and technician retention teams to ensure manpower planning and technician engagement aligns with project needs. Oversee contract compliance, cost control and operational KPIs to meet customer expectations. Support and deputise for the Head of Operational Delivery when required. Represent Boston Energy at industry events and exhibitions in the UK and Europe. Manage project-related admin, logistics, conflict resolution and interdepartmental coordination. Create a positive experience for every technician we onboard - from recruitment to deployment.

What You'll Bring:

Proven project management skills in a customer or delivery-focused environment. Excellent communicator with the ability to influence at all levels. Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset. Health & Safety awareness and a hands-on approach to leadership. GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths - ILM/CMI Level 5 or similar is desirable. Previous recruitment or resource management experience is a plus - but not essential. A full UK driving license.
