The Role




As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the Business Transformation team.


Ensure all projects and workstreams are effectively planned, resourced, managed, and reported Manage project risk registers and adopt best practice governance throughout the project lifecycle Provide regular updates on project progress to key stakeholders Identify and manage key stakeholders for all project delivery elements Measure and monitor project success against the project charter and anticipated ROI Collaborate with teams across the firm to ensure a cohesive approach Support the development of the Project Management Framework and promote its adoption across the business

The Candidate




The ideal Project Manager will have:


Over four years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the legal or professional services sector Solid business change and stakeholder delivery experience A consulting and solution-focused approach Experience working with suppliers and developers using third-party software Proficiency in Microsoft software packages such as O365 Excellent communication and listening skills Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a positive attitude
