The Role
We're seeking an experienced and proactive
Construction Project Manager
to join our growing team. You'll take full responsibility for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, acting as the main point of contact for all stakeholders. Projects are varied in type and complexity, but always delivered to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Manage entire project lifecycle: design development, mobilisation, delivery, and handover
Attend and chair project meetings (design, pre-start, progress, and handover)
Prepare and manage RAMS, permits to work, and all H&S documentation
Create and monitor project Programmes of Work
Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, site teams, and building users
Organise and manage labour resources and trade packages
Carry out site quality audits and ensure CDM 2015 compliance
Prepare and control project budgets
Ensure timely completion and compile O&M manuals
Support & Resources Provided

Candidate Requirements
Solid experience in a similar role within construction
Excellent knowledge of JCT contracts, RAMS, programme management, and CDM 2015
Strong organisational and communication skills
Logical problem-solver with commercial awareness
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general IT
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
