Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the service delivery department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and techniques, as well as experience in a technical environment.

This role is more than a typical PM role. You'll be required to PM, project co-ordinate and be site supervisor depending on complexity of the project.

Key Responsibilities:



Take ownership of the whole service delivery project life cycle, including planning, executing, supervising projects through to final and on-site system sign off with the client. Identifying and assigning project tasks based on the skill sets, experience, and strengths of internal and external resources. Identify potential risks (technical, financial, operational) assessing impact and likelihood, and developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Working effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation. Create and manage the AVM programme/process to ensure project delivery within budget and on time. You will be expected to manage multiple projects, from small to large/complex projects with varying cost and timescales. Supervise onsite installation engineers through to project completion and client sign-off. Act as a single point of contact, providing regular and timely project updates to relevant internal and external stakeholders. Help mentor to junior project manager(s), fostering their development. Complete RAMS and send it to the relevant persons. Represent AVM and uphold our reputation with all clients and public. Experience of PM software such Monday.com would be beneficial.

Qualifications and Experience:



A real self-starter who actively seeks feedback and applies learnings to improve performance. Strong organisational and communication skills PM background/experience essential Some technical / AV experience would be beneficial. Experience of working on live construction sites/projects would be beneficial. Excellent leadership, customer relationship and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and make hard decisions required to achieve project objectives. Requirements to travel, including overnight stay, may be required.

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
