We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and have a proven track record in delivering local authority works including all aspects of civil engineering such as paving, drainage, kerbing and highway improvement schemes. A strong understanding of NEC4 is required.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
Implement effective time management and cost control strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate communication among stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals.
Manage documentation using SharePoint, and other content management systems.
Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making processes throughout the project.
Utilising schedule of rates to produce final measure invoicing and cost reports when required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory or team management role.
Previous experience working within NEC4 contracts is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
