Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Project Manager

to lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards, while maintaining strong communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, manage, and coordinate all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to handover. Develop project programmes, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to meet project deadlines. Lead project teams, including site staff, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations on site. Oversee budgeting and cost control in collaboration with commercial and finance teams. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with specifications. Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and status updates to stakeholders. Resolve any project-related issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on delivery. Lead regular coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and the supply chain. Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and technical submissions.

Required Qualifications and Experience:



Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years' experience in a project management role within the construction industry. Proven track record delivering construction projects of varying size and complexity. Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, and contract management (JCT). Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asta Powerproject) and common construction software. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations effectively.

Desirable:



Chartered status or working towards (e.g., MCIOB, MRICS, MAPM). Familiarity with sustainability and modern construction methods. Experience in both traditional and design & build contracts. BIM knowledge and digital construction experience.

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
