Job Overview



Medi2Data is looking for a proactive and organised Project Manager to support the delivery of strategic and operational projects across our growing digital health business. With over 200% growth across all business areas in the last year, this is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-impact environment where structured project delivery is essential to success.

You'll join the expanding operational team to manage internal and external project delivery, oversee timelines and budgets, and ensure quality, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure project delivery meets objectives, budget, and timelines Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress and performance o Identify project risks and dependencies, escalating issues when required o Monitor and manage scope changes, resource allocation, and milestone adjustments Produce regular updates and reports for stakeholders and leadership o Build and maintain trusted relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, and the NHS DSP Toolkit Support continuous improvement by applying lessons learned across the project lifecycle Promote a culture of collaboration, ownership, and positive challenge within the team

Person Specification



Proven experience managing complex projects in a regulated or technology driven environment Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, Jira, or similar) Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders Excellent organisational and time management skills Demonstrates initiative, logical thinking, and commercial acumen o Experience in digital health or NHS project environments is desirable
