Role Overview:



You will be responsible for leading projects for our ATS customers. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and post-implementation support.

You will collaborate closely with the Senior Project Manager to support weekly and monthly reporting requirements.

Responsibilities



Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project objectives with business goals and expectations.

Delivery of Projects:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects for ATS customers, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Financial Management:

Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle. Provide financial reports and forecasts to senior management as required.

Cost Control:

Implement effective cost control measures to manage project expenditures within approved budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities where possible

Effective Risk & Mitigation Management:

Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively monitor and manage risks throughout the project execution.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation, including budget reports, cost estimates, and financial projections.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and other customer stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct quality assurance checks on financial aspects of project deliverables to ensure alignment with project objectives and organizational standards.

Project Status Reporting:

Develop and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues, and proposing recommendations for resolution

Data Analysis:

Conduct thorough analysis of project data, including financial metrics, budget tracking, resource allocation, and progress milestones.

Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and enhance project management and financial processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

Your Required Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree in

Engineering, Project Management, Business

, / related field / equivalent experience.

Added Advantage - PMI / PMP certification

Min 5 years of Project Management experience delivering MES/MOM, IT/OT, and/or Controls and Automation solutions in manufacturing

. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with successful outcomes. Strong leadership, coaching, & mentorship skills to develop & empower high-performing teams. Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English) with a focus on influencing stakeholders. Skilled at building relationships & fostering collaboration across diverse teams. High business acumen & a cross-functional mindset. Innovative, forward-thinking approach to improving processes & efficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
