Project Manager
to help shape and drive our growing portfolio of high-impact projects.
The Role
You'll lead the planning, mobilisation, delivery, and closure of complex client projects, ensuring risk, governance, and stakeholder engagement are embedded at every stage.
This role is perfect for a tenacious, structured, and commercially aware project professional who thrives on delivering results in challenging environments.
What You'll Do
Lead and document projects with a focus on timeliness, quality, and client satisfaction.
Manage budgets, resources, timelines, and dependencies.
Drive stakeholder engagement and clear communication.
Escalate and manage risks/issues with proactive solutions.
Oversee external contractors and partners to ensure compliance and quality.
Embed lessons learned and champion continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
? Proven track record delivering complex projects (ideally in construction, engineering, or regulated environments).
? Strong knowledge of project methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, APM, MSP).
? Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and workstreams.
? Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
? Resilient, problem-solving mindset with focus on delivery.
Desirable:
PRINCE2 Practitioner or APM PMQ; NEC/JCT contract experience; 5+ years in a project-based or professional services environment.
What We Offer
