Job Description
A growing ambitious multi disciplinary construction consultancy with offices across the world are looking to bring in a dynamic, switched on Project Manager to be based in their London office.
Ideally, they are looking for a Project Manager with 3+ years post degree experience, with a background managing small projects across a variety of sectors.
The Project Manager\'s Role
The Project Manager will be given the freedom to run residential projects between the value of \xc2\xa35m-\xc2\xa315m and support the Senior Project Managers on larger schemes, ranging from \xc2\xa320m-\xc2\xa350m.
The Project Manager APC training and support is second to none, so should you still be working towards chartership this would be the perfect role to accelerate your progress.
Project Manager Requirements
- RICS accredited degree
- Experience of working on new build projects
- Pre & Post Contract experience
- Client facing, proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- \xc2\xa350,000 - \xc2\xa360,000
