Purpose

The project manager will form part of the European Project Management team and will actively support and manage the implementation of a large complex project with a large multinational partner.

Essential Duties

This role will be responsible for both the planning, execution and management of product/regulation rollouts.

Responsibilities include:

Develop project plan incorporating milestones and dependencies from cross functional project teams Develop and rollout governance framework for the project Develop framework for the management of risks and issues Complete thorough stakeholder analysis and communication plan Project/Program Management

+ Deliver to timelines, quality level, budget, while addressing issues and risks.
+ Use KPIs to demonstrate progress and ensure that projects are realising benefits. You will be responsible for the budget, benefits realisation, and change control of your projects.
+ Provide status reporting regarding project milestones,success criteria results, metrics, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership and to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, CIO and key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate must demonstrate high energy, commitment and drive. A true team orientation is a must.

Bachelor's degree from college or university 2+ years of project management experience. 2+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment. Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions or driving the decision making process and identifying priorities. Proven ability to complete analysis that drives business decisions. Ability to oversee multiple projects and initiatives concurrently. Senior level presentation and communication skills. Able to communicate efficiently and effectively with global teams. Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment. PMP or similar preferred Experience in the software development lifecycle, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies preferable

Ability to effectively line manage and delegate. Tech Expertise: Strong experience of technology and tools to support program & project management.
