Exhibit 3Sixty is a full-service exhibition contractor based in Coventry, West Midlands. We are a full service exhibition contractor that design, build, and deliver exhibitions and bespoke stands for events and trade shows across the UK. Our team is made up of innovators, problem-solvers, and coffee enthusiasts, and we're looking for a talented Project Manager to join us.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and process client orders from concept to completion. Serve as the main point of contact for clients on space-only stand builds and full-service show exhibitors. Prepare cost estimates and quotations for prospective projects. Produce RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) and stand plans in line with health & safety regulations. Oversee full procurement and purchasing for each project. Organise logistics, including lifting, transport, and hotel bookings. Collaborate closely with the production team to develop concepts into fully realised designs. Provide on-site supervision and project management during build-up phases. Support other Project Managers with electrical plans for shows. Manage invoicing and project administration.

Skills & Experience

2 Years Experience in a Project Management role. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, especially Excel. Strong creative vision with meticulous attention to technical detail. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Frequent site work will require a full UK Driving license.
