Based from our Gatwick Office (with travel across Gatwick, Heathrow, Stansted & other southern airports)
Salary:
50,000 - 60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm - Requirement to undertake evening site visits at least twice a month.
Airport Facilities Maintenance Ltd (AFML) is a leading provider of specialist maintenance and project services within the airport sector. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to join our team, based from our Gatwick office and responsible for project delivery across our southern airport portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction and retail fit-out projects across multiple airport locations
Deliver works to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to meet programme requirements
Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and progress reviews
Ensure accurate reporting and handover documentation is completed and maintained
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven experience in a
construction or retail fit-out
background (essential)
Strong understanding of site operations and project lifecycle management
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites as needed
IOSH Managing Safely (preferred) - or a willingness to work towards
Experience within airport environments is desirable but not essential
