Job Summary:



The Project Manager will lead and oversee a range of projects across the business, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution throughout the entire project lifecycle. This role is responsible for managing timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes. The Project Manager will drive business results by keeping projects on track and aligned with defined goals and objectives. Regular progress updates will be provided to key stakeholders, in line with project timelines and reporting requirements.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Manage project budgets, proactively identifying and escalating risks to relevant stakeholders. Lead project meetings and set clear expectations for the project team. Oversee the execution of implementation plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure progress. Prepare and monitor project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and timelines. Work closely with the project team to ensure milestones and key deliverables are met, identifying when additional support is required. Provide guidance and support to project team members as needed. Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and governance standards throughout the project lifecycle. Track and report project progress, highlighting challenges and proposing solutions to stakeholders. Manage change effectively to ensure project outputs are achieved. Conduct post-implementation evaluations to assess project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Personal Specifications:



Essential:



Qualified in Project Management within a manufacturing environment (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent). Proven experience in fast-paced manufacturing or production environments. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage major capital expenditure projects, including budget and contract management. Proficient in project planning, time and risk management, and problem-solving. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and engage stakeholders. Adaptable and able to work independently, using initiative to drive progress and resolve challenges. Skilled in using project management tools, software, and Microsoft Office applications. Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to improving processes and outcomes.

Desirable:



Engineering qualification to degree level or equivalent. Experience with strategic planning and technical equipment in a manufacturing setting. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and systems programming. Working understanding of ISO 13485 quality standards. Displays confidence and resilience under pressure.
