Role Overview:



We are looking for a motivated and organised

Project Manager

to join our Change team. You will be responsible for delivering a range of projects across the organisation, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of project management experience who is looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

What You'll Do:



Plan, manage, and deliver projects in line with agreed objectives, timelines, and budgets. Develop project plans, schedules, and documentation to support project delivery. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Lead project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions. Co-ordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects. Support change management activities to embed new processes, systems, or ways of working. Ensure that projects are delivered with a focus on quality, user experience, and operational impact. Produce clear and concise project reports, presentations, and communications. Identify lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Change department.

What We're Looking For:



2-3 years of project management experience in a professional environment. Use and have understanding of Kanban boards within an organisation. Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall). Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. High level of attention to detail and organisational ability. Competent in the use of Microsoft 365 applications (especially Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Desirable Experience:



Experience working in healthcare, public sector, or regulated environments. Formal project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner, AgilePM) are an advantage but not essential. Experience supporting digital transformation or systems change projects.
