We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in project management. This role requires the ability to manage teams effectively, ensure project objectives are met, and maintain high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Supervise project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among members. Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement solutions. Utilise ERP systems for efficient resource management and tracking. Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Control costs by monitoring budgets and ensuring financial efficiency throughout projects. Lead project planning sessions, utilising project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Basecamp. Organise project documentation using tools like Confluence, SharePoint, or ServiceNow for easy access and collaboration. Analyse data to inform decision-making processes and improve project outcomes. Present project updates and reports to stakeholders, showcasing progress and addressing any concerns. Implement methodologies such as SAFe or Waterfall to guide project execution effectively.

Skills

Proven supervising experience with a focus on team management and leadership. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills team collaboration. Experience in product management and product development processes is advantageous. Knowledge of content management systems is a plus. Strong presentation skills to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
