As Project Manager you will be part of a leading organisation at the forefront of space technology and innovation. As Project Manager you will be leading a friendly, supportive, passionate and dedicated team at the Harwell Office. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include

• Leading projects independently to support the Time and Frequency Team in the management of the commercial, schedule, and technical execution of each phase of assigned projects. Starting from initial phase of bidding and defining the technical requirements, to strategically manging the projects to completion in-line with the project objectives and targets.

Experience required:

• Be educated to MSc or equivalent in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or in relevant Engineering discipline.
• Strong commercial experience within technical project management within aerospace, space or defence sectors
• Have ability to understand the \xe2\x80\x9cbig picture\xe2\x80\x9d and recognize potential areas of risk
• Have strong knowledge in communication systems, architectures, and network
• Have experience using
  • Kalman filtering algorithms to determine estimation and current state optimization, along with composite clocks and clock stability metrics (ADEV, etc) and/or
  • Have experience and skills with FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Arrays) and/or
  • Have experience and skills with VSLI technology using VHDL and Verilog programming.
