We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our clients organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success.
Responsibilities
Supervise project teams and ensure effective collaboration among members.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement solutions promptly.
Gather requirements from stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Manage systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Oversee time management and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilise project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Jira to track progress and report on milestones.
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
Organise project documentation using tools like Confluence, SharePoint, or Smartsheet for easy access and collaboration.
Implement methodologies to ensure best practices in project delivery.
Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and enhance project outcomes.
Prepare presentations for stakeholders to communicate project goals, progress, and results effectively.
Manage product development initiatives while ensuring alignment with organisational strategy.
Experience
Proven experience in supervising teams within a project management context.
Strong background in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership roles.
Experience with requirements gathering from diverse stakeholder groups.
Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous for optimising operational processes.
Excellent time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
Proficient in cost control measures to maintain budgetary compliance throughout projects.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in various project management tools including Basecamp, Project Server, Salesforce, Visio, ServiceNow, SAS, and content management systems is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
