What You'll Be Doing:

Take ownership of installation projects from start to finish, ensuring they're delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Juggle multiple projects at once, keeping everything moving smoothly. Spot risks early in contracts and find smart solutions. Drive financial success by forecasting revenue and managing cashflow effectively. Bring together teams and resources to hit key milestones. Stay ahead of challenges with proactive risk management and problem-solving. Build strong relationships with stakeholders through clear, consistent updates. Lead key meetings, from kick-off to handover, ensuring alignment at every stage. Keep projects on track with accurate documentation, budgets, and reporting. Champion a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement across all sites.

Qualifications

Essential Skills & Experience

Solid

project management experience

, ideally in installation, construction, or technical environments Strong new business prospecting skills within the

Fire market.

Proven track record managing

large and/or multiple projects

Strong knowledge of

project management processes and methodologies

Ability to

forecast, report, and maintain financial control

Excellent

stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills

Desirable

Experience with

NEC or JCT contracts

Prince II, APM, or similar certification

Experience maximising

install

margins and revenue performance
