Responsibilities
Project & Sprint Management
Run
daily technical sprints/stand-ups
across all active projects to ensure alignment, unblock teams, and track progress.
Manage ticket flows across JIRA, Asana, GitHub, and other tracking systems.
Oversee dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines across projects.
Client Communication & Reporting
Provide
structured weekly updates
to clients covering progress, timelines, risks, and outcomes.
Translate technical sprint outcomes into clear, business-focused summaries.
Build confidence and trust with clients through proactive, transparent communication.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to align roadmaps and deliverables.
Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team syncs.
Drive accountability and foster a culture of delivery across distributed teams.
Documentation & Presentations
Prepare project dashboards, reports, and
client-facing presentations
(PowerPoint/Google Slides).
Maintain project documentation in Confluence or a similar system.
