The Role

This role is ideal for an experienced Site Manager ready to step up or a Project Manager with a passion for delivering excellence. The ideal person will bring proven experience in managing multiple projects within complex environments, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

You'll be coordinating across internal trades, external partners, and clients, taking ownership of projects and ensuring excellence at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects across a variety of sectors. Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Work closely with our in-house trades team and trusted supply chain partners to deliver seamless results. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring open communication and trust throughout. Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively. Report on progress, budgets, and timelines to senior management. Contribute to the continued growth of McGregor Projects, taking pride in being part of our journey.

About You

We're looking for someone who isn't just technically capable, but who wants to be part of something bigger:

Proven experience as a managing within construction. Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget across varied sectors. Strong understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams. Commercially aware with strong organisational skills. Proactive, accountable, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
