Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of various projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent organisational skills, and a proven track record in project management methodologies. You will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring that project objectives are met while adhering to quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, and deliverables. Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals. Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to programmes to stay on track. Conduct regular status meetings with team members and stakeholders to present updates and address any concerns. Maintain cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within budget. Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.

Experience

Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, managing both high-end residential and commercial projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management is essential. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Have knowledge of Health & Safety requirements including RAMS.
