We are looking for an ambitious, driven and motivated Project Manager to join us on our exciting journey where we expand our Project Management Office.
Overview
In this role as
Project Manager
you will be part of the Project Management Office working to the Head of PMO, but also working closely with the CTO, Head of Systems Engineering and IT Service Delivery Manager.
The candidate must have the ability to understand and apply rules associated with information assurance as directed by the Serbus security team.
This role will be office based, during normal working hours located at our office in Hereford.
The Role
Assistance to the existing Project Manager(s)/CTO and delivery team.
Creating, tracking and co-ordinating work packages.
Co-Ordinating change management tasks and associated documentation.
Co-Ordinating configuration management tasks and associated documentation.
Assisting with the management of risk and opportunity.
Creating schedule and sub schedules.
Co-ordination of sub-contractors.
Responsible for quality management of projects, including quality checking.
Creation, administration and co-ordination of project documentation.
Administrative support to the project team.
Working with the Service Delivery Manager and Procurement Team to track customer licences and renewals.
Working with the Service Delivery Manager and Procurement Team to ensure new licences and products are acquired in time for a project delivery schedule and ensuring the related inventory is correct.
What We Are Looking For
(a) A driven, motivated person with a great capacity and desire to learn.
(b) A team player prepared to work within a fast-paced organisation.
(c) A person with Degree, BTEC, A Level or similar qualification in an IT related subject.
(d) Industry certification such as PRINCE2, Agile, APM Project Fundamental Qualification (PFQ)
(e) Candidate must be a
British citizen
(f) Ideal candidate will already hold UK MoD vetting
