Job Description
Meriton Associates Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a respected regional contractor delivering construction projects across the South.
We're looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to lead general build schemes up to 15m including industrial, education, and public sector works.?
Key Responsibilities:
Full project delivery from pre-start to handover Site team leadership, subcontractor coordination Programme management, HSEQ compliance, client liaison Commercial awareness and quality-focused delivery
Requirements:
Proven PM or SSM experience in construction SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS (Black Card) NEC/JCT knowledge Full UK driving licence
