Role overview
The Project Manager is accountable for end-to-end project execution, including financial performance and technician coordination. Responsible for managing time, cost, quality, and HSE compliance while ensuring that customer requirements are clearly defined, delivered, and verified. Maintains project schedules to support timely and successful delivery.
Principal accountabilities
Manage customer projects from proposal to completion.
Oversee engineering, procurement, HR (all parties involved in project).
Develop and implement project plans covering scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, and contractual terms.
Coordinate activities between internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure efficient resource allocation and team performance.
Control project costs, manage change orders, and ensure profitability.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating deviations.
Ensure all required project documentation is completed and compliant (handover materials, checklists, HSEQ documentation).
Act as main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead customer meetings including kick-offs, handovers, progress reviews, etc.
Align internal teams on project requirements, deliverables, and resource needs.
Assist with project management support during sales and tenders, including project planning, cost, time schedule and risk assessments, as well as required input and preparation of material to tender requirements and scope of work
Support due diligence on emerging risks and participate in business risk control
Qualifications and Experience
Relevant degree (e.g. Business, Engineering, Project Management) or equivalent commercial/technical experience
Experience managing projects, ideally in wind or a related technical industry
Familiarity with project tools (e.g. MS Project), ERP systems, and Excel
Fluent in English
