Main Purpose:





Mainly working in the Healthcare sector across leading NHS Trusts and private medical hospitals this role is responsible for planning, organising, and overseeing projects to install and commission medical IT systems, surgeons' control panels, theatre operating lights, medical tables, and pendants. This role requires stakeholder communication, resource coordination, and adherence to our project delivery and governance standards, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.



Key Responsibilities:





Oversee and take responsibility for delivering projects in line with company and stakeholder requirements. Evaluate, organise and prioritise your own workload, to manage assigned projects. Coordinate resources both internal and external to ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives. Liaise with technical team members to compile and issue all technical drawings and documentation required for project delivery. With the support of team members, compile and issue information on technical queries to stakeholders. Support budgeting and financial tracking for projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to report, document and resolve project issues. Attending site meetings as required to represent Bender UK before, during and post project completion. Contribute to developing and updating of project processes, where necessary. Ensure CRM systems are updated with accurate project data, to track, manage and report on project status, to Bender UK standards. Producing, collecting and issuing of RAMS essential to the site work for Bender UK and their sub-contractors. Prepare post project wash-ups and handover documents and contribute to lessons learned reports.

Experience in coordinating projects within healthcare or technical environments is advantageous Proven experience of managing projects or having a supporting role in project management. APM project management fundamentals, or advanced certificate desirable Experience in working with Design and/or Quality teams would be advantageous Experience in using Microsoft 365 office packages Experience using CRM's, preferably Salesforce Good attention to detail Problem-solving and risk management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Clean driving License DBS check will be required

Salary: up to 42,000 (depending on experience)
