Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and work breakdown structures
Manage and track progress, ensuring timely delivery of all project phases and milestones
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations
Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and presentations with leadership and teams
Lead project delivery using appropriate methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Work with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and product managers
Ensure proper documentation, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives (for Agile projects)
Oversee Gantt charts, milestone tracking, and phase gate reviews (for Waterfall projects)
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues proactively
Develop and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans
Ensure compliance with internal governance, audit, and quality standards
Define and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and tracking
Monitor resource utilization and optimize team capacity for delivery efficiency
Track financial performance against budgets and provide accurate forecasts
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in project management or delivery management roles
Proven experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana)
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments
Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Experience with budget ownership and financial reporting
Domain knowledge in [industry - e.g., IT, software, telecom, manufacturing, etc.]
Experience in using Agile frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban
