The role demands pace, accuracy, and proactive communication to keep multiple projects running smoothly.

Attending site visits regularly (totalling around 1-2 days per week) to ensure efficiency, assess issues or support customers. Creating and maintaining project and service logs, reports, and documentation. Supporting diary management for fitters, service engineers, and surveyors. Supporting Health & Safety documentation and processes where required. General office and operational support as needed.

About You

A proactive, confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experienced in customer service or project management (ideally construction or home improvements but not essential, full technical training is available for the right candidate). Highly organised with strong attention to detail. You spot issues early and resolve them quickly. Comfortable managing multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines and keeping all stakeholders informed. Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Quick to learn new systems (training provided on our in-house software). Calm under pressure and solution-focused. A team player who can also work independently and take initiative. Full UK driving licence required.

What We Offer

Competitive salary (34k-40k), with a monthly performance based bonus. Additional bonus for positive online customer reviews. 21 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays. 26-week probationary period with full training and support Standard hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30-17:00, Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (occasional flexibility may be required to suit business and customer needs).
