About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager or Foreman who's ready to take the next step in their career.

As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple landscaping projects from handover through to completion. You'll plan and coordinate resources, lead teams, and ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.

This role offers more responsibility, more variety, and the chance to shape the way we deliver our projects.

Key Responsibilities

Take the lead on delivering multiple landscaping projects. Plan and coordinate labour, equipment, and materials to meet deadlines. Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring top-quality work. Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress and maintain standards. Act as the main point of contact for clients during the build phase. Monitor budgets and support cost control on each project. Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues. Maintain health & safety standards at all times.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Site Manager, Foreman, or similar role in landscaping or construction. Strong organisational and leadership skills. Excellent communication with clients, suppliers, and site teams. A good understanding of landscaping materials, construction techniques, and site processes. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Confident using iPads/Microsoft, Phones and digital reporting tools. Formal qualifications are beneficial but not essential -- experience and attitude matter most.
