Location: Cardenden Fife Main offices + Site based working across Scotland.
Hours of work: 7.45am - 4:45pm Monday to Thursday, 7.45am - 11.45am Friday
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
The principal role is to Manage & Organize the day-to-day Management of all contracts within your remit.
Involvement in the Handover Procedure in receiving the Contract Folder, c/w documents, drawings, contract hours, programmes etc. prior to commencement of a contract, and working with the Team to deliver the Targets set out.
Organize the labour to suit the construction programme and the site requirements, producing 4 week look ahead at the start of each month and updating Labour plans to reflect your plans.
Report on a weekly basis to senior management.
Manage all aspects of the financial side of each contract and monitor the allocated hours and Budgets for the contract using Company systems provided at all times.
Company Health & Safety Policies to be enforced at all times.
Involvement in monthly Contract Department meetings to review progress / costs / issues on all contracts under your remit.
The successful candidate:
Experience within a similar role or Project Management position.
A Project Management qualification is required.
Experience in HEVAC background would be advantageous.
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Projects would be advantageous.
Excellent organisational skills are required for this role.
