As a Project Manager, you love the details, get excited about planning weeks/months ahead, and thinking about risks that may get in our way. You transition seamlessly between the nitty-gritty details and the big picture. A Project Manager is equal parts planner, problem solver, analytical thinker, client relationship builder, and cheerleader. In this hybrid role (based in either London/Dublin), you will be working closely with our Global Tech client to drive projects forward.

  • Develops, tracks, and manages global project plans, scopes, timelines for large integrated CRM emails
  • Leads the end-to-end production of regional CRM emails (input into creative briefs, coordinate review/feedback with global production team and creative agencies, use of client\xe2\x80\x99s in-house content management system, manage localization and validation process across markets)
  • Key role in CRM reporting and analytics (develop a testing strategy and roadmap; identifying opportunities for A/B testing across key CRM moments; capture learnings and produce post-campaign learnings on quarterly basis)
  • Manage CRM Process and Operations (input into process review sessions, drive process efficiencies and improvements and flag process issues with suggested solutions with client)
  • Keeps working team on track throughout a project by following up and updating status,
  • Drives project delivery through effective use of internal and client status meetings.
  • Assists Account Team in managing client relationships and preparing for client meetings, communicates project status and any risks to cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Solid previous project management experience within an advertising agency or similar environment.
  • Experience delivering and managing global projects that include Content Management & Online Publishing CMS.
  • Keen understanding of project management tools and methodologies including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations, and run team meetings.
  • Global experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with localisation processes.
  • Experience building scalable processes in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Interest in hardware and wider tech trends.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
