Job Summary:

Centric Software is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Project management team in the UK & Nordics. The Project Manager will drive full PLM implementations starting from the requirement analysis phases, the product definition phases until the final Go-Live with great success and client satisfaction. You will be the responsible of the timescale respect and objectives achievement.

About the Team

The Centric UK & Nordics Team is responsible for engagement with customers based in the UK, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. The team are all home based in one of those countries, and report into the PMO Manager UK & Nordics Region.

Responsibilities

  • The responsibility of the Project Manager on a Centric project is to ensure the project is delivered with all three of these metrics met:
  • On time delivery
  • On budget delivery
  • High customer satisfaction
  • Apply Centric Agile Project Methodology tools and practices for consistent and accurate project delivery and governance.
  • Regular reporting and follow up on Project Status, Actions and Risk. Review and own Project Scope
  • Manage the Centric project team and potential partners in the execution of their task.
  • Oversee the collection of client requirements and create a plan for delivery, using Centric business and technical consultant resources allocated to the project. Articulate the tasks and resources of the project in order to carry out it.
  • Monitor Centric consultation time and expenses incurred and ensure the profitability of the project.
  • The role is primarily working from home, but travel is expected - either to customers or to team events in the EMEA region or globally.
  • Collaboratively work on improving internal methodologies, process and guidelines
What you bring
  • Highly self-motivated as well as the ability to collaborate with a team
  • Experience in IT Project Management
  • Commercial mindset, appreciating the motivation and priorities of both Centric Software and our customers.
  • Feel comfortable presenting to all Customer roles from administrative to c-suite
  • Resourcefulness, adaptability and creative thinking
Added bonus
  • Familiarity with PLM/PDM
  • Project Management or Agile Methodology Certification
  • High level of English communication skills, both verbal and written, Nordic languages a plus
