An experienced and values-led Project Manager who brings both technical knowledge and emotional intelligence to the role.Essential:Professional accreditation (ARB, RICS, RTPI, CIOB, APM) with at least 5 yearsxe2x80x99 post-qualification experienceProven track record in delivering construction programmes through to completionSkilled in leading multi-disciplinary teams and working collaboratively with clients and stakeholdersStrong project and people management skills, with excellent communication and adaptabilitySound knowledge of modern and traditional construction methodsExperience in drafting Employersxe2x80x99 Requirements and contract administrationWorking understanding of UK Building Regulations, the Building Safety Act, and planning/statutory processesFamiliarity with procurement routes, supply chain management, and contract formsAwareness of SAP, EPC, PAS2035, PAS2030 and TrustMarkDesirable (with training support available):Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk ManagementLevel 3 Award in Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional BuildingsPersonal Attributes:Ethical, collaborative, and motivated by a desire to drive positive changeA proactive team player who brings ideas, enthusiasm, and accountability to their workWhatxe2x80x99s on Offer:Contract: Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)Work Model: Hybrid xe2x80x93 2 days per week in London workspaceSalary: xc2xa340,000 xe2x80x93 xc2xa350,000 depending on experienceAnnual Leave: 30 days including public holidaysPension: 8% employer contributionStart Date: Immediate (subject to notice period)Additional Benefits:Private health insuranceExtra day off on your birthdayPaid volunteering dayHigh-spec laptop providedAccess to specialist training and ongoing CPDA warm, people-first culture with clear progression pathways into senior managementKey Dates:Application Deadline: 12 May 2025Interview Week: w/c 26 May 2025 (in Kingxe2x80x99s Cross, London)
