Job Description
RJ Build Services is a well established construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the commercial sector. Due to the rapid expansion and development of our business, we are looking for an experienced and reliable Project Manager to join our growing team.
What You'll Do:
Manage projects from start to finish. Plan and oversee schedules, budgets, and on-site teams. Cost jobs accurately using tender documents, scope of works, and findings from site visits. Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ensure all work complies with building regulations and health & safety standards. Prepare and complete RAMS. Handle pricing and tendering for upcoming works. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
Essential Requirements:
10+ years of proven experience in a similar role. Relevant industry qualifications and/or experience. Confident in pricing jobs from scope, tender documents, and site visits. Experience in producing RAMS and managing health & safety requirements. Full UK driving licence and own vehicle. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Desirable (Not Essential):
- NEBOSH or other health & safety certification.
