WLS Ltd is a Fire & Security installation and maintenance company based in Crystal Palace. We are looking for a Project Manager to manage installation works ranging from 5k to 2m.

A minimum of 5 years' experience required. The successful applicant will have a proven background in the Fire and Security industry. The position would suit a highly organised individual with strong leadership skills, good customer relations and the ability to manage people and multiple on-going projects.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

Manage multiple installations ranging from 5k to 2m

Agree project objectives.

Be responsible for timely labour and equipment deliveries to site and manage on site progress

Conduct site and project meetings.

Ensure all variations to specifications are picked up and costed accordingly

Perform risk management to reduce potential risks

Good communication skills.

Ensure the quality standards of the project are met.

Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors.

Oversee the accounting, costing and billing.

Report to the client or senior stakeholders on progress.

Essential requirements:

Proven track record of technical knowledge within the fire and security industry Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Strong organisational skills including attention to detail Must have knowledge/ experience of Microsoft Office, Excel and project management software tools Full UK driving licence Right to work in the UK

Salary and Benefits:
