Project Manager

Semperian Group are looking to recruit a Project Manager based at UCLH on a full time, permanent contract basis. The Project Manager will support the Senior Project Manager in the carrying out the tasks relating to Variations and Lifecycle delivery as described in the UCLH Quality Procedures and ensuring that the obligations under the Semperian Management Services Agreement with Health Management (UCLH) Limited are met.

Responsibilities

Provide general technical and commercial assistance to the Senior Project Manager (SPM). Working independently on the tasks and or projects allocated by the SPM Provide support to the GM in compiling the relevant sections of quarterly Board Report. Develop a close working relationship with the SOM. Support the Finance Manager and the Finance Controller to ensure that all costs are correctly accounted for and expenditure is in line with the annual budget. Required to work towards achieving APM status (course costs paid by SAM) Undertake such other duties as may reasonably be determined as commensurate with the grade of the post.

Requirements

Relevant knowledge and experience of M&E systems. Relevant experience in healthcare. Relevant experience or a general understanding of Lifecycle. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Excellent communication skills Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines with a flexible attitude towards work to deal with a variable workload. Ability to work collaboratively with many stakeholders, at all levels, often with conflicting interests. To identify risks and potential risks early and manage to resolution. Successful DBS check of relevant level
