ROLE

PURPOSE



The Project Manager will support the Transformation Director in the discovery, planning, development, and deployment of automation projects aimed at enhancing financial processes. This hybrid role will involve elements of business analysis, quality control, and project management, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. The Project Manager will lead initiatives to streamline financial operations, improve accuracy, and enhance overall productivity within the organisation.





KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES



Discovery: Conduct research, facilitate requirement gathering sessions, create workflows, develop prototypes, define user stories, and establish project scope. Planning: Oversee resource allocation, budget management, timeline development, risk mitigation strategies, training plans, and test plans. Project Initiation: Produce comprehensive Project Initiation Documents. Project Management: Manage day-to-day project activities, including stakeholder engagement and collaboration, task management, risk and issue management, change management, project documentation and administration, and reporting. Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, conduct test sessions, facilitate or witness User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage bug tracking and resolution. Project Closure: Support the transition to Business As Usual (BAU), schedule project end reports, and organise benefit realisation sessions. Experience: Demonstrate expertise in the automation of financial processes.



KNOWLEDGE,

SKILLS

AND EXPERIENCE



Proven experience in project management, with relevant qualifications essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent problem-solving and issue resolution abilities. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload effectively. Highly organised with a strong focus on process improvement. Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work. Forward-thinking with the ability to take the initiative. Experience with Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge and experience in the automation of financial processes. Preferably experience within the real estate sector. Ideally, familiarity with Agile project management practices.
