Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven

Project Manager

to oversee and coordinate commercial LED lighting projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in lighting manufacturing or construction, with a strong understanding of LED technologies, commercial lighting systems, and project lifecycle management. This role involves cross-functional coordination between sales, engineering, production, and clients to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage multiple commercial LED lighting projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, vendors, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure product specifications meet project and client requirements. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and maintain thorough documentation. Coordinate logistics for product deliveries and installations. Review and interpret architectural and electrical drawings and ensure alignment with project deliverables. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and customer requirements. Support post-installation follow-ups and resolution of technical or service issues.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of project management experience in commercial lighting, LED products, or related manufacturing/construction sectors. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc.). Strong understanding of lighting systems, photometric layouts, and LED product specifications. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. PMP certification is a plus. Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage. Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites and client meetings.

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
