Location: Hybrid / remote (expectation to travel to key national sites as business requires) Contract Type: ?Permanent, 35 hours per week Salary: ?53,608.48 - 59,237.37 (depending on experience and skills) About the Role

Are you passionate about improving digital service in healthcare? We're looking for a dynamic?Project Manager?to join our?Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT)?team. In this pivotal role, you'll lead change initiatives that enhance client experiences and improve operational efficiency across MSI UK.



You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams--from clinical sites to governance and IT--to deliver innovative digital solutions that support over?70,000+ clients annually. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.



The objective of this role is to support the business on any initiative necessary to improve the client journey with MSI UK, on small pathway changes to larger projects alongside process improvements to enhance the client experience and overall business. At project 'go lives' you may be expected on site to support during non-working hours, and ad-hoc team meeting travel mainly between London and Bristol.



What You'll Do

Lead and manage multiple business, digital and technology projects from inception to delivery



Drive improvements in client pathways and internal processes



Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels, including board and director-level colleagues



Support vendor selection and procurement processes



Ensure successful project delivery through effective planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
