Project Manager - Deliver Impact, Drive Innovation

Project Manager

to join our

Laboratory Transformation Team

. You'll lead medium to high-complexity projects, driving initiatives across Roche's solutions and third-party collaborations, from pre-sales through full implementation.



The Opportunity



This role requires a hands-on approach, leveraging skills in

project management methodologies

such as

Waterfall

to implement our products within our customers clinical laboratories. If you're driven to enhance the customer experience, simplify complexity, and make a tangible healthcare impact, we want to hear from you.



As a Project Manager, you will:



Take responsibility for full project lifecycles, employing

project management discipline

to ensure alignment with scope, timelines, and budget, with a proven track record in Risk and Change management.

Apply methodologies such as

Waterfall

to tailor project approaches for maximum efficiency and success.

Deliver innovative solutions by leading collaborative, cross-functional teams and working closely with sales, technical experts, and third-party providers.

Execute projects with precision, ensuring clear, proactive communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Handle complex projects with confidence and adaptability while identifying opportunities to drive value through creative problem-solving.


Who You Are



To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:



Proven expertise

in managing high-stakes, multi-faceted projects, with experience in applying formal

project management methodologies

such as

Waterfall

.

A

qualification in Prince2

(desirable) or other related product delivery-focused methodology, coupled with excellent project management skills.

Excellent

communication and organisational skills

, with the ability to confidently manage diverse stakeholders and inspire trust.

Experience in

laboratory design, construction

, or

NHS estates project management

(desirable).

A strong ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced environments, with a customer-focused approach.

A commitment to exceeding customer expectations and delivering patient-centred solutions.


Essential Requirements:



A

valid UK driving licence

and the willingness to travel within the UK - particularly in the

South Region

.

The

right to work in the UK

.

A location in the

South of England

, with

commutability to London

being highly desirable.
