Role Description



Working within VIP Nation International you will lead the implementation of the Mastercard Priceless Experiences program for some of the world's biggest live acts.


For this role you should possess exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Having experience in the following roles: brand management, event project management, corporate event management, B2B project management, brand relationship be a distinct advantage.

Who you are



Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience



Live events and/or brand agency experience Excellent verbal communication skills Strong knowledge of logistics, planning and live delivery Experienced in brand and project management Accurately managing budgets to deadline Previous experience in B2B project management and/or corporate, agency Proficiency in Microsoft applications especially Excel is essential. Good command of written English and additional languages would be an advantage Previous experience in an admin heavy role is desirable

What the role includes



Project manage the implementation and successful delivery of the Mastercard Priceless Experiences and ensure overall synergies Brand management with various stakeholders in global sponsorship team and Mastercard Priceless leads Ensure leadership support with key partners Project manage all associated deliverables across the projects Manage budgets and proposal process and ensure cost effective execution Collate and manage any reporting requirements to key parties internally and externally Co-ordinate logistical arrangements across international markets end to end Oversee on site delivery ensuring flawless execution Maintain and lead product/branding designs and ensure alignment with brand guidelines Collaborate with cross functional departments to ensure consistent and cohesive brand messaging across all channels Manage Priceless ticketing manager and associated ticketing/payment operations Comply with LN agreed policies and procedures including Health & Safety policies, always complying with the requirements of the Health & Safety and other regulations. To ensure that all appointed agents comply with all relevant legislation: health and safety, food hygiene, trade descriptions, planning, and licensing (liquor and gaming) and venue regulations.
