PROJECT MANAGER

LONDON, UK

(Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office per week)


A benchmarked salary between

48,300 to 54,600

based on your level within our progression framework.

Project Managers work closely with teams across the business including, operations, client services, strategy, social media management and creative. You'll play a crucial role in managing project plans and timelines, reporting on commercials, collaborating with resource management and implementing ways of working.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Managing the account operations and the day-to-day requirements of your clients including timelines and project plans, implementing ways of working and managing resource requirements Proactively foreseeing commercial & operational challenges and escalating to key stakeholders both internally and externally, when required, as well as sharing recommendations on how to solve these challenges Supporting with administration and management of Projects in our agency-management software (Productive) Ensuring everything is set up accurately, managed efficiently and reported on regularly Ensure timesheets are updated in a timely manner each week and reporting regularly on how we're tracking with recommendations for improvement Doing what you say to develop and maintain brilliant collaborative relationships with your account teams to deliver seamlessly Saying it simply to ensure every person in the team knows exactly what's expected of them at all stages as well as clearly & confidently articulating project plans to clients where required
