What You'll Do
Lead and coordinate site teams across multiple high-end projects
Deliver exceptional quality, safely and on programme
Own commercial management (valuations ? final account)
Be the client-facing lead, building strong relationships
Interpret drawings/programmes and produce GJ sub-programmes
Manage material call-offs with our workshop
Prepare RAMS and essential project documentation
What You'll Bring
2+ years in construction (interiors/specialist trades ideal but not essential)
Commercial awareness + solid Excel skills
Clear, confident communication
A proactive, organised, can-do approach
Ability to read drawings and understand programmes of work
