Key Responsibilities:
General Project Management
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans using appropriate methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Monitor and track project progress, managing changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
Lead regular project status meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issues proactively.
Serve as Scrum Master or Agile facilitator for Agile teams
Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Work with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlogs.
Foster an Agile mindset and coach teams in Agile best practices.
Develop and maintain Gantt charts, work breakdown structures (WBS), and detailed schedules.
Define milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
Manage phase-gate reviews and ensure proper documentation at each stage.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and earned value metrics.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across business and technical teams.
Provide regular reports and presentations to executives and sponsors.

Minimum 5 years' experience of Project Management
PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification/AgilePM and PMI-ACP certifications
Positive, self-starting and solutions focused approach
Exceptional collaborator and clear communicator
Hands-on experience of managing both 3rd party and internal stakeholders
Highly organised with excellent written and spoken communication skills
Nimble and adaptable working style, used to working in fast paced environments
Experience within the Utilities sector would be desirable, but not essential
