Exafield Ltd is a medical fieldwork company. We started in March 2016 and have gone from strength to strength in terms of business growth. We service the medical and pharmaceutical market research industry by recruiting and setting up many different types of interviews & discussions with various patients & healthcare professionals across the NHS and private sectors. We use client provided profiling tools and a telephone/email/social media/desk research approach to find the right type of doctors for our clients important research.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated & driven project manager. The selected individual would possess characteristics such as:

A minimum of 2 years experience working in project management Client-side experience Team management experience Ability to deliver high quality standards to clients Good knowledge of market research methodologies A minimum understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries Set project timeline Monitor project deliverables Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Responsibilities

You will of course have general day to day tasks, but your main job tasks are as follows:

Controlling time management Cost estimating / budget Communication with your client / team Ensuring customer satisfaction To meet the set project turnover targets Effectively manage a team of recruiters Direct and oversee completion of project Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan Assess risks and establish contingency plans Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
Skills:

Excellent client handling skills Excellent writing skills Excellent project management
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project Strong communication skills Experience working with a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
